Dhokra is non–ferrous metal casting using the lost-wax casting technique. This sort of metal casting has been used in India for over 4,000 years and is still used. One of the earliest known lost wax artifacts is the dancing girl of Mohenjo-daro.

CARE: All my metal beads/ charms are permanently varnished with a high quality jewelry varnish which will protect the metal from tarnishing, and will protect skin from discoloration due to contact with the metal beads. Wipe jewelry with a soft cotton cloth when needed. Keep away from perfumes, sprays, water and other liquid substances. Store separately in a box.
