We have two variants of the Ginger beer. The Spiced variant carries a kick of chilli - not for the faint hearted. The Thyme Ginger Beer houses a more balanced fizzy flavour for those who prefer a herby mix without the chilli kick.
The sugar used is only added as food for the organic microbes, that consume this food and create the natural fizz. We do not add any artificial carbonation. All natural foods and natural fizz!
Note on the Sugars - we consciously choose locally grown khand to feed our microbes - training them to thrive under natural produce & avoiding the damage that chemicals that refined sugars can induce. This sugar acts as food for the microbes, consumed up during the fermentation process. The resultant brew is a dry, low sugar fizzy brew that carries a zing in every sip.
All our brews are small batch brews - so we can offer changes to suit your palette and requirements. Our focus here is to introduce you to the world of gut health, adding diversity to your daily intake.
