Shipping and Delivery Policy:

How soon will my order reach me?

We try to ship products within 48 hours of placing the order. The time taken to deliver the products to you depends on the location of delivery. Keeping up with our sustainability theme, there can be certain items, on sale in our store like from Sellers - Design Clinic India, Studio Indigene, RHIZOME & Use Me Works, MaNaIYa by Praachi; which will be specifically made for you, once you place an order. We request you to read the description section in product page for such information. These products, which will be made on order for you, will take a little longer than the others to reach you. We sincerely hope that you will stay patient, for sake of  the greater good and support such sellers.

Typically, metro cities will receive the products within 3-5 days of shipping the product and non-metros will receive the product in 7- 10 days of shipping.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order till the time it has not been shipped; once the order has been shipped and it is in transit, it cannot be cancelled any more. If you want to cancel an order that has been shipped, we do have a solution for you but with a reasonable price - you will be charged to and fro shipping charges for your order and the balance amount shall be credited to your wallet, which you can use to buy any other product from our store.

How reliable are your delivery services?

We have partnered with some  of the best & reliable logistic service provided in the market - Delhivery, Amazon, FedEx, Blue Dart, Xpressbees etc. They work with military like efficiency for the delivery of your product package. 

Although there can be delays due to some unforeseen events that we cannot possible predict and account for like - Force Majeure, including COVID-19 Norms & Laws, Floods, Rains, Local Disturbances, Riots or any other natural calamity. We are dependent on such third party logistics partners and we all try our best to deliver the orders to you within the estimated shipping time line as given by our logistics partner; however there can be some delays that we cannot control. We want you to know that in such situations; we will not be liable for any compensation that you might so claim due any shipping delay, that might happen.

Why are my products arriving in multiple shipments?

Since we sell products from multiple sellers, and you probably must have bought articles from suppliers located in different parts of India and hence the order must have have been split into multiple packages based on the location of the seller. This is the reason why your products are arriving in multiple shipments.

Do you charge for shipping?

Yes, we charge a nominal fee based on the total weight of your order. All orders above Rs 3000 are eligible for free shipping.

How will I know if my order has been shipped?

You will receive a notification from us with the tracking details once the shipment has been booked. You can track your order until it reaches you safely.

Proof of Delivery

Most of the logistics companies that we work with, use OTP verification as the delivery proof mechanism. Our logistic partner will send OTP verification code to your registered phone, which is supposed to be revealed by you, only to the delivery person. Upon successful OTP verification, the order package will be handed over to you and the same is recorded by us as proof of delivery. In case of any dispute, please raise a complaint within 2 days of the due date of receipt.

Complaints regarding the courier package delivered by the logistic company.

There can be cases, where in the customer has received the order package in - damaged condition or some products are missing from the package; in such cases the customer must contact Twenty3 Stories within 48 hours from the receipt of the package. We will be needing clear photographs of such packages so that we can take up the case with our logistic partners. If the customer does not contact Twenty3 Stories with their complaint, within the stipulated time of 48 hours, then Twenty3 Stories will not be liable for the resolution of any such complaint or for the loss. What do I do if I have a special request pertaining to my order?

Do you ship internationally?

No, we do not ship internationally from 2323designs.in, but we intend to start the service in the near future. You may though separately enquire with us for overseas shipping. Write to us at [email protected] or WhatsApp us at +91-9403891123 or just a chat at our chat window on the website. This helps us get you the best shipping rates possible to your location. Free shipping is not applicable to international orders.

 How long does it take for my international order to reach me?

We ship through Aramex and it typically reaches the destination in 10-15 days after shipping. Any customs related delay or costs are to be borne by the customer.

Do you offer COD?

Yes, we do offer COD ( Cash on Delivery) facility but with some conditions attached -

1. Minimum purchase amount must be at least Rs.200 & the maximum purchase can be Rs.10,000. All purchases in this price band will qualify for COD facility.

2. E-Gift cards do not qualify for COD purchase facility, gift cards must only be bought on pre-paid basis.

3. Any order; which is being custom made will be not be supported by COD payment method.

4. Shipping charges for big furniture, decor items, heavy bulk puchases etc, will not be governed by free shipping policy. The shipping charges for heavy weight items shall be calculated and shown on the checkout page. In case, one needs more clarity, please do reach out to us over phone or email.
