Our very, very special spice cakes call,groceryed ‘Vaer’ or ‘Tiki’ masala used to intensify the flavour of dishes. This is one of the most beautiful and well-preserved aspects of our cuisine and Matamaal was successfully able to make it a part of the local palate.
